After graduating Michigan State University in the spring of 2001, my tiny amount of film and TV experience and sizable film-school ego relocated to Chicago where I soon began working as an assistant editor at one of the main full-service studios in town. After filling coffee and dusting edit rooms for several months, I moved on to field production as a very green and inexperienced sound mixer. Over the next few years I went from studio employee to freelance to owning a full service film and video company while adding field producer, cameraman, and a myriad of other production roles to my experience that included several-year-long production stints with HGTV’s Designed to Sell, Design on a Dime, House Hunters and more.

With experience as a producer, business owner, previous roles in the corporate communications and marketing worlds, I bring a wealth of expertise to content creation.

When I’m not hauling production equipment around St. Louis or any number of domestic and international airports, I can usually be found continually remodeling my 130 year old house or trying to convince my 6 year old to help.
